Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup of rolled oats
- 1/2 cup of milk (of your preference)
- 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 – 1 scoop of unflavored protein powder (quantity depends on your protein intake goals)
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup of frozen berries
- 1/4 – 1/2 tbsp maple syrup (to your preference).
Toppings (optional, to your preference):
- Shredded coconut
- Flax seeds
- Walnuts or shredded almonds
- 1/4 – 1/2 tbsp of your favorite butter (almond, peanut).
Recipe:
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl or jar a night before.
- Refrigerate them and let your oats sit all night long.
- Enjoy them the next morning with your favorite toppings 🙂
